When writing to us via email please send to the attention of our Sale Department. Include your transaction ID number, your name, business name, complete address, telephone, and method of payment. Specify item numbers, quantitites, and descriptions
Ordering:
We welcome customers to place their orders using our online store. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to order other than online, you may telephone us 704 807 1634 or email your order to us at support@displays411.com
***Small Orders are welcome*** We treat small order the same as large quantities.
Special order:
Displays411 will gladly provide pricing on non-stock and custom items. A non-refundable deposit may be required on special orders. An invoice will send to you. Special order items are not returnable or exchange. Allow 2-3 days to process your special order. Special order will be shipped using FOB.
Payment Methods:
We accept paypal and all major credit cards. Your order is important to us, therefore, we process your order through paypal secure checkout page. You do not need to have an account with paypal in order to checkout. But if you would like to sign up for paypal, which is free for buyer, you can sign up here. When you click the checkout button you will have the option to pay using paypal or credit cards.
Shipping Information:
Our customers are our top priority. We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. We ship via FedEX to 48 USA states. We do not send our products to a PO Box or international except for Canada. You can specific your own carrier such as USP. All shipping charges, including COD fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Your order will be ship out with 24 hours of clear payment, Monday-Friday.
Standard shipping via FedEx Ground delivery typically takes between 7 to 10 days to arrive.Our Sale Department will send you an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site. Please note that we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your shipment; tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.
Returns:
We will gladly to accept your return or exchange within 7 days of invoice. Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization. Returns must be in the original carton, must include a copy of the invoice, and be in new conditions as determined by Displays411. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Special orders are not returnable.
Damages:
We guaranteed that our products are not in anyway be damage when we shipped out. We are not responsible for any damage in transit. The carrier is the responsible for damage in transit. Please contact your carriers to make a claim.
Even though we stated that we are not responsible, we are here to help you with any claim you make through the carrier.
